Overtone or Throat Singing is a fascinating and fun experience that enables just about anyone to vocalize more than one note simultaneously and, literally, harmonize with one’s own self! In this workshop series of six half-hour sessions, participants will learn a variety of basic, simple, and effective techniques to develop the ability to produce and hear overtones. Participants will also listen to a variety of examples of overtone and throat singing to better appreciate the art. Payment is due prior to the first class. Upon receipt of payment, participant will be sent the Zoom login information. Please login at least 10 minutes before the class begins. You’ll be stationed in a Waiting Room area until the instructor opens the class session.
